1. Introduction

This agreement is made between:

• Management Star Media Nusantara, domiciled at Jakarta, Indonesia, here in after referred to as “Management”.

2. Scope of Agreement

• Management will act as the exclusive representative of Talent to:.
• Find jobs/projects (films, advertisements, photo shoots, endorsements, etc.)
• Negotiate contracts and payments
• Arrange work schedules
• Build and maintain Talent's public image

3. Term of Cooperation

• This agreement is valid for from the date of signing and can be extended based on agreement of both parties.

4. Exclusivity

• Talent agrees not to sign contracts or work with other management during the term of this agreement without written consent from Management.

5. Income Sharing

• Any income earned by Talent from work obtained through Management will be divided as follows:
• Talent: [eg 80%]
• Management: [eg 20%]
• This division does not include applicable taxes or other fees.

6. Management Obligations

• Strive for the best projects for Talent
• Arrange career development strategies
• Maintain the confidentiality of Talent's personal and professional data

7. Talent Obligations

• Carry out work professionally
• Inform Management of all job offers received
• Not take actions that are detrimental to Management's good name

8. Termination of Cooperation

• The agreement may be terminated by either party with a minimum written notice [for example: 30 days] in advance, with clear reasons such as:
• Breach of agreement
• Force majeure
• Mutual agreement

9. Dispute Resolution

• All forms of disputes will be resolved through deliberation. If not achieved, then it will be resolved through the applicable legal channels in [for example: Jakarta, Indonesia].

10. Others

• Changes to the agreement must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
• Talent agrees that the use of photos, names, and images can be used by Management for promotional purposes.
