PT. Star Media Nusantara (SMN) is a company engaged in the field of artist management or better known as Talent Management. SMN is a development of MNC Talent Management which was established on April 2, 2005 and became one of the divisions of PT. Media Nusantara Citra, Tbk (MNC).

MNC Talent Management was initially responsible for managing artists/talents from talent search programs held on MNC Group TV stations (RCTI, Global TV, MNC TV). Starting with managing the finalists of the Bintang Cilik and Bintang Akting programs on RCTI and continuing to grow with the joining of talents from KDI, Indonesian Idol, Miss Indonesia and MTV VJ Hunt.

Along with this development and the increasing number of artists/talents joining MNC Talent Management, since March 2008, the MNC Talent Management division has officially changed to PT. Star Media Nusantara.

In addition, SMN has also begun to spread its wings by not only managing artists/talents from talent search programs at MNC Group, but also finding and developing other talents.

SMN provides a complete choice to answer the needs of entertainers who can fill various events and reach all audience categories. Until now, there are more than 200 artists/talents managed by SMN. SMN will continue to do the best for the artists/talents managed and make SMN the most complete and leading Talent Management in innovation.
